What about warranty?

All products from KMA Machines are supplied with a 2-year limited Factory Warranty* for the original owner. This covers any defects in manufacturing or for faulty components.

However, by registering your purchase with us within 60 days of purchase, you can increase this to 5 Years*!

In the unlikely event of having any issues with your KMA product, depending on the local laws where you live, we would suggest in the first instance to please contact the dealer you purchased it from.

Alternatively, you can get in touch with us via the service page and send it back to us. We will repair/replace as required and return – you just have to pay the shipping fee. For products outside of warranty etc. we are happy to quote for repairs. Our pedals are not made for swimming, firing up or flying around and landing softly. They are built to resist the daily routine of touring but, like with all electronics, handle with care.

 

Do you sell direct and/or ship worldwide?

While we do sell direct via our own online store, we always encourage you to support your local dealer for the fastest service.

However, if a product is not available at your local store, we’re more than happy to ship our devices to you wherever you live, worldwide.

The site should detect the country you are visiting from and display prices and/or local dealers where relevent. If the correct country is not shown, then simply select it from the dropdown menu on the top of the site.

Any shipping costs are always calculated at checkout.

For customers within the EU:
All prices are listed in € EURO and all taxes including the local prevailing country VAT rate is included.

For customers within the U.S. and Canada:
All prices are listed in $ US Dollars and are excluding US sales tax

For customers within the U.K.:
All prices are listed in £ GBP and are excluding local UK VAT

For customers elsewhere:
All prices are listed in € EURO and are excluding any sales tax

For all customers outside of the EU:
As we ship from Germany, please be aware that there may be some local import restrictions applicable to you and/or costs that you may have to pay locally before delivery. 

 

 

 

If buying direct what about my return rights?

We encourage supporting your local dealer who have their own returns policies.

However if you purchase direct we offer a period of two weeks to check your pedal. We believe when you buy one of our pedals you will love it from the very first moment, but if you feel that it doesn’t fit your needs, you can send it back and we will refund the cost of the product (excluding shipping fees etc).

Please get in touch with us before returning. The two weeks starts with receipt of the package.

When purchasing direct, how do you ship and what about the cost?

Our shipping fees are reasonable and we don’t aim to make profit on shipping, please check the latest relevant fees/charges when you add a product to the shipping basket.

We usually ship via UPS or DHL and the fee always contains insurance to guarantee that you won’t have any trouble with your package.

Delivery time depends on the destination and any holiday etc. exemptions in that period, but mostly it doesn’t usually take longer than 14 days worldwide.

We will provide a tracking code to check the status of the delivery once shipped.
